July 31: At the park

Today we started our routine playing our ball game to express our feelings.

Then we went to the park to prepare for our next physical activity:

capture the flag.

The game has been re-adapted to revise vocabulary, but above all to test the kids’ ability to spontaneously understand descriptions of fruits.

Every child was a fruit which was described and called out by Alison. This offered the opportunity to revise grammar and the alphabet.

E’ noto che bambini dell’età evolutiva (5-10 anni)  – specie se in periodo di vacanza – hanno bisogno di muoversi costantemente. L’attività motoria deve allora essere incorporata nei processi di apprendimento.
